Over the years, Bollywood actresses Tabu, Kareena Kapoor Khan, and Kriti Sanon have ruled millions of hearts with their enigmatic screen presence and powerful performances.

Now this hottest and most talented trio is set for their maiden collaboration in the upcoming film The Crew. Touted to be a comic entertainer, the film will be helmed by Rajesh Krishnan, known for helming the miniseries TVF Tripling and the black comedy film Lootcase.

STAR CAST & MAKERS

The female-led comedy film, produced by Bollywood’s ace filmmaker Ektaa Kapoor under Balaji Motion Pictures Limited in association with Rhea Kapoor’s home banner Anil Kapoor Productions will bring Tabu, Kareena, and Kriti together for the first time.

Both producers have previously co-produced Veere Di Wedding which is also a female-led film starring Kareena Kapoor, Sonam Kapoor, Swara Bhaskar, and Shikha Talsania in the lead roles.

The trio announced their collaboration and association with the new project by sharing photos from their recent shoot for the fashion magazine Vogue India. The pictures featured three of them slaying in an all-black look.

In terms of work, Kareen was last seen in Laal Singh Chaddha alongside Aamir Khan, while Tabu was last seen in the blockbuster Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 and will next be seen in Drishyam 2. Kriti Sanon is awaiting the release of her film Bhediya.

ABOUT THE FILM

Set against the backdrop of the airline industry, the comic entertainer will go on floors in February 2023. The film will be an absolute laugh riot and focus on the hustle and hard work of three women, whose destiny led them to an unwarranted situation. It is a rib-tickling ride of comedy, errors, and mishaps.
